Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition and Operations
Reports to: VP
Location: Mumbai, Goregaon or Kandivali
Salary - 12 LPA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, operations, compliance, and business development. The Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process
Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure efficient use of resources, including staffing, facilities, and equipment
Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across the organization
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to achieve goals
Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business development
Other Responsibilities:
Manage a team of recruiters and operations staff
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, operations, and compliance
Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment, operations, compliance, or business development
Proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have:
Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)
Experience with recruitment software and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems)
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g. healthcare, finance)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
