E. Job Overview

  • The Corporate & Broking Head is a senior leadership position and will be responsible for driving and managing the growth of the Non-Motor insurance business in the assigned region for our Client. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the Non-Motor lines of business, including Fire, Engineering, Marine, Liability, and other related areas. As a profit center head, you will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

H. Educational Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related field is required.

  3. Professional Certifications:
  4. Insurance Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as Associate of the Insurance Institute of India (III) or other recognized insurance qualifications would be advantageous.
