So if you believe that who you are, is aligned to our values - it will be a big plus.Job Description - Consultant (Architects) – AHA Smart HomesOverview Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Electricians (AIDCE) are an integral part of the Lead to Cash Cycle for our industry.They are looked up to by both customers as well as organizations like us. The Consultant (AIDCE) will be responsible for building strong relationships with the organisations and individuals in this channel. This role involves educating the channel about AHA’s products and solutions to key stakeholders in this channel. The end objective will be to be the solution of choice within the AIDCE community.Location The role is expected to cover AIDCEs across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and will involve a lot of local travel. As such, our main centre is located off Linking Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai -https://maps.app.goo.gl/56MPpg9XZPsWBb1Y9 .Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Ability to open doors where a relationship does not exist Build credibility for yourself as well as AHA within the channel Nurture and grow the relationship with AIDCEs within the territory Be the trusted advisor to the channel for all things Home Automation Product Knowledge Stay updated on the company's products, solutions, and industry. Demonstrate the product & its benefits to AIDCEs & their clients. Provide technical assistance and support to clients as needed. Scheduling & Follow-Ups: Manage weekly / fortnightly / monthly schedules with AIDCEs Follow up with clients expected at the center to confirm their visit. Be diligent not pushy - but ensure at least 25 unique meetings / month Market Analyses Updated on industry developments - primary & secondary sources Communicate product ideas and use cases with the relevant teams Cadence (Reviews) Regular & accurateupdate of CRM Bi-weekly, fortnightly, monthly & quarterly reviews Presentations / Demos (for both AIDCEs & Clients of AIDCEs) Answer all queries with an open mind Educate on automation solutions, features, and benefits. Provide pricing and proposal details, Objection Handling - Competitor comparisons Tele-Calling (Desirable) Speak to leads generated from AIDCEs and understand requirements Effectively present relevant solutions in a visually expressive manner Create interest to walk into the Experience CentreProfessional Skills Required Strong knowledge of AIDCEs and their respective businesses. Grooming Elegant yet personal dressing sense Presentable with a pleasant personality. Communication skills Ability to engage effectively Listening Skills - understand requirements by asking right questions Building a rapport Demeanour Soft-spoken Patient Friendly Hard working Open to working on weekends - weekly off will be on a weekday long hours as required - customer comes first approach Languages Known Mandatory - English & Hindi Desirable - Marathi & other regional languages Loves Technology and what it can do to impact people’s livesWork Experience Minimum 2 years experience in B2B Sales However, if there are multiple good candidates then following criteria will apply Relevant experience with AIDCEs Higher number of years of Work ExperienceWorking Hours Days - 6 days a week Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be working due to high demand Weekly offs will be on one day from Monday to Thursday 8 to 9 hours per working day You will be eligible for a total of 85 days off in a calendar year (January to December). All leaves indicated below are are mutually exclusive Up to 52 weekly offs Up to 21 Personal / Earned Leaves (PL) - after probation period (6 months) i.e. 1.75 days PL per month. Up to 10 public holidays (as per calendar published every year) Up to 2 optional public holidays (as per calendar published every year)Reference Organisations / Industries (Indicative only) While we would prefer candidates from certain industries, this section gives a list that is only indicative.
