Trusted by 50+ global brands such as Nike, FabIndia, Nykaa, Under Armour, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Pizza Express across 19+ countries, Taqtics is driving operational excellence at scale.ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for an experienced and well-spoken International Sales Manager (US Shift) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll drive outbound and inbound sales efforts in North American and other international markets, build strong client relationships, and close high-value B2B SaaS deals. You’ll play a critical role in taking our platform to global markets, working closely with the founders and growth teams.Shift Requirement: This role operates in the US shift to align with North American business hours. Office timings (IST): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM during EST · approx. 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM during Daylight Saving (EDT).WHAT YOU’LL DO- Manage the end-to-end international sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. - Identify and engage decision-makers in retail and restaurant chains across North America and global markets. - Run product demos and communicate our value proposition with clarity and confidence. - Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline. - Work closely with marketing and product teams to channel market feedback. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR- Proven experience (3–6 years) in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in international/NA markets. - Excellent spoken and written English — clarity, confidence, and professionalism. - Strong grasp of solution selling and consultative sales approaches. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to make a global impact. - Willingness to work from our Bangalore office (5 days a week) in the US (EST) shift.WHY JOIN US?- Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company in global retail tech. - Work directly with the founding team and shape our international sales strategy. - Competitive compensation and high-growth environment. - Open, collaborative culture with plenty of ownership and learning.LOCATION: Bangalore, RT NagarWORK SETUP: Work from Office · (US Shift) · Monday–Friday · 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
