You will connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and set up introductory virtual meetings to expand our client base.Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Conduct consultative conversations to understand client requirements Present NamaSys’ solutions and value propositions effectively Manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and drive steady closures Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reportsRequired Skills Strong verbal and written communication for remote client engagement Consultative selling, active listening, and needs analysis skills Proven experience in lead generation, qualification, and remote closures Time management and self-motivation to thrive in a remote setup Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and handle objections Negotiation, adaptability, and problem-solving abilitiesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Undergraduates and 12th pass candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply Prior inside sales, telesales, or customer service experience with proven results preferred Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and incentive-based structures Comfortable working in a remote-first setup and US time zone Freshers with excellent communication and motivation are welcomeWhat We Offer Attractive variable pay + special performance incentives Professional growth opportunities in a fast-scaling startup Collaborative, supportive, and innovation-driven work culture Opportunity to contribute to AI-powered business transformationHow to Apply Interested candidates can share their resumes athr@namasys.ai .
