Job Title: HR Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Senior Manager - People and Culture

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR department in a wide range of tasks, including creating JDs, preparing appointment letters, coordinating probation reviews, assisting with performance evaluations, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys. The role will also involve compiling data, preparing reports, and presentations to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description and Appointment Letter Management:

Create and update job descriptions for new and existing staff members.
Prepare appointment letters and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires.
Probation Coordination:

Track and monitor employees’ probation periods.
Coordinate with managers for probation performance reviews.
Prepare and issue end-of-probation letters based on feedback.

Performance Review Coordination:
Assist in organizing and coordinating periodic performance reviews.
Ensure timely collection and documentation of performance feedback.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys:
Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys.
Compile survey results and prepare reports for analysis and action planning.

Data Management and Reporting:
Compile and maintain employee data in Excel spreadsheets.
Generate reports and presentations related to HR activities, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys.

Communication and Support:
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
