We are looking for 3-4 senior sales executives to support our growth across US locations. The worktime will be US EST.

The role:
The role will involve selling contingent talent solutions for our clients. The role will involve prospecting, engaging and doing demos for clients for our contingent staffing direct sourcing tool and total talent solutions. The responsibilities will include developing deep relationships with prospects and understanding their needs/expectations for the talent solutions.
- The primary responsibility would include identifying and selling contingent labor direct sourcing solutions to prospective clients across US and other global locations.
- Ability to understand the current state of client's environment and propose appropriate solution that drives the best value and outcomes for our clients.
- Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Should be highly motivated for success and have a go-getter attitude. Should be high energy with strong customer skills.
- Ability to achieve weekly/monthly metrics and targets.
- Highly disciplined in using CRM and documenting every single activity in the tool. Your performance will be measured on monthly meetings and meeting the sales pipeline goals.
- Ability to work independently with strong focus on driving outcomes and results.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience selling recruitment/talent solutions.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, science or other relevant disciplines.
- Need excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.
