Analytics Head (Exp:3+ Years)

Overview:

At Webandcrafts, we are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives and shape our analytics landscape. This strategic role involves overseeing the analytics function across the organization, providing insights that drive key business decisions and fostering a culture of data-centric decision-making.

Responsibilities:

?Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with our agency’s goals and enhances our service offerings to clients.

?Team Management: Build and lead a team of analysts, data scientists, and digital marketing specialists. Mentor staff, encourage professional growth, and maintain a collaborative team environment
.
?Client Reporting and Insight Generation: Develop robust reporting frameworks that clearly convey complex analytics to clients. Deliver insights that drive optimization and improvement of client campaigns.

?Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data from various digital marketing channels (such as PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing) to provide strategic guidance and enhance campaign performance.

?Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new analytics technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage and provide value to clients.

?Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other department heads to ensure integration of analytics with all aspects of client projects, from planning through execution and evaluation.

?Privacy and Compliance: Uphold stringent data governance standards to ensure all client data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws and
ethics.

Quali?cations:

?Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related ?eld.
?Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 -3 years in a leadership role.
?Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives that have a measurable impact on business performance.
?Expertise in various analytics and business intelligence platforms like SQL, R, Python, SAS, Tableau, and PowerBI, Google analytics, Data Studio, Luker studio etc
?Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage both projects and teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
?Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technical concepts to non-technical partners.
