We primarily focus on sales of Automatic/semi-automatic Waste converters and manually operated Eco Composter Bins to Builders, Commercial Establishments/IT Parks / Hospitals, and RWAs. As a part of our expansion plans, we are recruiting highly ambitious, energetic and experienced people to our Sales vertical.
Role Description - Sales Head
This is a full-time on-site role and will be based out of Kochi. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in waste management or sustainability industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Candidates with strong business acumen and having 7-9 years of leading a sales team in direct sales/ institutional sales in similar industry are welcome to apply for the role.
Sales Officer - Kochi
This is a full-time on-site role and will be based out of Kochi. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Candidates with an aggressive mindset to develop business and having 3-4 years of direct sales/ institutional sales experience in similar industry are welcome to apply for the role.
