Purpose of the Role: The incumbent will reach out to the potential clients (from their existing or new client relationships), pitch our services for getting new business.Responsibilities:Will have to introduce and formalize new clients who have requirements for HR Services / Recruitment Services.

Should have the ability to contact & speak to the CEO / HR / Recruitment Heads of Organizations for introduction.

Should convince clients to provide their requirements on a regular basis.

Should get the Recruitment terms formalized with the clients

Desired Profile:He/she will have to generate lead i.e. you will have to find potential corporate clients and convert them into our customers.

You don't have to work full time for this role, you can work whenever you want. There will be no restrictions or targets.

Should have own computer, Internet connection & phone to get started.

Can work from any location.

Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required.

Remuneration:Please note that this is a freelance role without any fixed remuneration. Remuneration will be in the form of Performance Based Variable Incentives at 15% for every successful closure of the total business developed by you.Disclaimer: Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to reassign duties and responsibilities to this role in future.
