Responsibilities

Manage a team of Sales Managers / Financial Advisors / Digital Partners (DPs)

Managing complete life cycle of DPs:
Creating Motivation >> Training >> NISM Qualification >> Continuous Support – enable with requisite process changes, wherever required
Increase production & productivity by ensuring effective knowledge transfer - thus improving wallet share with us.
Ability to communicate the Value Adds of the platform & facilitate structured deals
Run local marketing campaigns
Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company
Work closely with various AMC offices in the region, for support on trainings, campaigns
Work closely with cross functional teams (Insurance Sales teams for a good penetration/cross sell of MF business & activating more DPs); Ops team, for local logins & query resolution
Maintain the highest level of business hygiene & ethics
Understand and align with the company policies

Requirements

Expertise to handle/on-board DPs, motivate teams & work with other Channel Regional leadership
Ability to liaison with AMC Branch managers & Regional Teams towards getting work executed
Should be able to take responsibility for monthly numbers and deliver the same
Strong Communication skills, verbal and written
Should be aware of the market developments
NISM Qualification is desirable
