Job Summary:
It is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the sales team in various activities related to property sales. This role involves client interactions, lead generation, and assisting in the overall sales process under the guidance of senior sales professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Assist in identifying potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inquiries and convert leads into potential customers.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Provide basic information about available properties and schedule property viewings as needed.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with senior sales executives to support them in the sales process.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on the local real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and updates to the sales team based on market analysis.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and updated records of client interactions, leads, and property listings.
- Coordinate with the administrative staff to ensure seamless documentation and communication.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with potential customers to gauge their level of interest and address any queries they may have.
- Maintain regular communication to build rapport and keep clients informed about available properties.
- **Collaboration with Team**:

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Seek feedback from senior team members to continuously improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
