Manager - Business Development - Specialty Chemicals

Sales Manager - Biotech F&F, F&B Div - Pan India.

Positions - Navi Mumbai @ Corporate Office

5 days week working organization / Hybrid Model

Salary Offered - As per the market standard or can be discussed across the table.

Candidate to sell raw materials required for perfumes to flavor & fragrance industry.

- Develop & grow the Business Division of F&F & F&B (Flavor and Fragrance Manufacturer/ Beverages/ Confectionery / Bakery/Dairy/Savery/ Frozen Food and Pharmaceutical Business segment), by working closely with the respective segment managers from HO & Management Team.

Sales And Business Development of industrial chemical products Pan India.

To develop a Specialty Chemical business for Our Client.

Reports to Country Manager

Experience Required:

- Min yrs Exp in selling food ingredients to Flavor and Fragrance Manufacturer /Beverages/ Confectionery / Bakery/ Dairy /Savery/ Frozen Food and Pharmaceutical Business Segment.

Well versed with various raw materials used in Flavor and Fragrance Manufacturer /Beverages/ Confectionery / Bakery/ Dairy /Savery/ Frozen Food and Pharmaceutical Business Segment with sound technical knowledge of these products.

Preferred Candidate:

- Chemistry Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering

- Knowledge on Govt Taxes is like GST etc.

- Experience of working with the Distribution Industry.

Responsibilities:

- To sustain & maintain the existing business in specialty chemicals segments & also to add up the Product Portfolio & Supplier Portfolio with his own expertise & with support from HO & Local Management.

- Strong Follow up with customers to complete the sales business cycle.

- Precise reporting by timely submission of MIS reports.

- Work closely with customers & management to develop the Pan India market.

- Identify new products to be sourced by working very closely with customers & HO.

- Identify new segments and areas for expansion of business with micro markets & new products.

Identify new customers for core products from the industries mentioned above & develop a sustainable profitable business.
