Senior Manager / AVP - B2B Sales - Life Insurance

Business Development:
Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and offer tailored life insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, HR professionals, and decisionmakers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our life insurance products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, actuarial, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the value of life insurance coverage for their employees and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, demonstrate professionalism, and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
