Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct meticulous audience research and keyword analysis to inform targeted messaging strategies and optimize campaign performance.

- Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques, including A/B testing and audience segmentation, to refine and elevate campaign effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to pivot strategies and maximize return on investment.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, pioneering groundbreaking approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google, Amazon, and Flipkart.

- Expertise in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Flipkart Ads.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.

- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
