  • Optical fiber project execution with respect to time, cost & quality .
  • Ensure timely roll out of the execution initiatives within the area assigned.
  • Own the deployment with regards to cost, quality, timelines and resources.
  • Liaison with peers and circle leadership team for timely resolution of issues and escalations.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors and ensure all project work is being done as per the approved standards without compromising on the cost and quality.
  • Ensure that the circle teams are fully informed about the progress, work and feedback on the work being done by the contractors.
  • Review the performance of projects, operations and other reporting functions on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for profitable and smooth running of all operations of the area assigned and ensuring all the required permissions, material, manpower and support is available.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
  • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
