You will be working as Sales Specialist at and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Kolkata, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to grow the business in Kolkata cluster and bring a business for Drive Modules in Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs.

Your responsibilities
  • Achieving the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division. Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB
  • Achieving the order target month on month and collecting the overdue in time. Developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster
  • Working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth. Preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
  • Driving business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI's with proper business planning & in time support. Continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better
  • Doing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Working closely with the CP/OEM/SI's and share success stories
  • Selling with proper product positioning. Co-ordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.
  • Regularly giving update on business done product line wise and market wise. Preparing monthly MIS and submit to stake holders
  • Systematically tracking the key projects and customer activity. Developing a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI's and take responsibility
Your background
  • Bachelor's in engineering or technology
  • Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in relevant field
  • Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred
  • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
  • Good communication skills
