Position: Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

Location: Gurugram , Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch and promote the new digital insurance marketplace.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to define product positioning, key messaging, and target audience.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.

4. Create compelling marketing content including product collateral, presentations, website content, and case studies to drive awareness and adoption of the digital insurance marketplace.

5. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and events to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

6. Develop and manage marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize performance.

7. Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support sales efforts with relevant product information and training.

8. Act as a subject matter expert on the digital insurance marketplace, providing insights and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience (5-8 years) in product marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

5. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions and strategies.

7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

8. Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting new products or services in a competitive market.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
