Team/Role Overview
Operational Risk Management (ORM) is seeking to hire an Operational Risk Officer to support its growing footprint. You will work within ORMs Processing Risk and Operational Coverage Team, partnering with the Services business.

As a subject matter expert, you will provide advice, support, investigate Operational Risk Events, test controls, and promote compliance with key policies and procedures.


Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing Services Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Ensuring Operational Risk Policy implementation and exception approvals
Providing governance and oversight for Securities Services, Securities Services Operations, and TTS
Informing the Operational Risk Council on related matters
Driving compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
Applying ethical judgment and escalating control issues
Building relationships and influencing positively
Designing processes and analyzing skills

Experience and Skills:

Experience:
10 years with 4 years of Risk and Control oversight
Understanding of Operational Risk Management framework tools
Relevant experience in Securities services desired

Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
Superior communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and process design skills
