Job Overview:
The Business Development Officer is a seasoned professional role within Citi Commercial Bank.

This position requires managing new client acquisition, analyzing market trends, facilitating client onboarding, credit assessments, compliance, and maintaining industry knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:
Source new-to-bank clients and generate business across various financial products.
Lead the new client acquisition process from identification to facility availment.
Analyze market trends using data analysis tools.
Resolve operation and service issues during client onboarding.
Prepare credit assessments and monitor risk issues.
Prepare client presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other norms.
Follow up with clients on offer acceptance and facility availing.
Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce, engineering, or related disciplines.
8-12 years of relevant commercial banking experience.
Strong relationship-building skills with product and credit partners.

Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
