Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including corporates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
  • Prospect and engage with key decisionmakers to understand their hiring needs and promote 's suite of recruitment solutions.

Closure and Collection:

  • Manage prospects, negotiate and freeze on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation and ensure timely collection.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to optimize their recruitment strategies.

Consultative Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand 's customer base.
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the client's business and their needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific hiring requirements and address industry challenges.

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

  • Stay updated on 's products, features, and pricing plans.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of 's offerings to clients.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate contract execution, working closely with internal legal and finance teams.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales pipeline, activity metrics, and revenue performance against targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Ideal Work Experience: 3-7 years

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the online recruitment or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customercentric approach.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with the blue collar job market and recruitment ecosystem is a plus.
