Department : Human Resources

Location : Mumbai with regular visits to the factory at Ahmedabad.

Reports To : Management

The Group HR Head will be a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy across the organization. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture, talent acquisition and management, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. He/she will work closely with the executive leadership team to align HR strategies with the overall business goals and objectives. The Global HR Head is ideally suited for candidates in higher middle management seeking to lead in a fast-growing company by implementing HR systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

- Proactively adapt strategies to enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Create and implement engagement programs to boost employee morale and productivity.

- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

Learning and Development:

- Execute learning and development strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement relevant programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.

HR Compliance and Policies:

- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.

- Create and maintain HR policies HR policies aligned with best practices and legal requirements.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics to make data-driven HR decisions and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR metrics and trends.

Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes.

- Drive a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent across the organization.

- Develop and implement effective talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and talent development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience in middle to senior HR leadership roles, preferably in a complex, multinational company.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and fostering a positive workplace culture. Group HR Head
