We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting & admin works, along with other statutory requirements.

The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing and Entries:
Raise and process sales invoices. Record purchase invoices. Manage general ledger entries and adjustments. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC regulations. Prepare and file necessary statutory returns (GST) and reports (GST, TDS, PF&ESIC, PT).

Financial Activities:
Manage routine financial activities including payment follow-ups. Oversee accounts receivable and payable. Handle general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance. Creation of wage register & disbursement of salaries. Vendor Payments. Export & Import Documentation.

Inventory and Logistics:
Maintain inventory management logs. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Follow up on deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.

ERP and Software Utilization:
Use TALLY ERP systems for financial data management and reporting. Should know to use Microsoft Excel & Microsoft outlook.
