About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Zoom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts in your territory, covering the India market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales activity tracking and reporting, and work with management to develop and implement sales forecasts and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a SaaS company, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients and colleagues.
