Position Overview: As a Tie-up Finance Manager specializing in the retail lending sector, your primary responsibility is to foster strategic partnerships with external entities, particularly retail businesses, to establish and grow a profitable Supply Chain Finance book. Your role involves navigating negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and agreements, and finalizing contractual arrangements that outline clear terms, conditions, and responsibilities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external entities, including retail businesses, for tie-up finance in the retail lending sector.

2. Build profitable SCF book through strategic partnerships.

3. Conduct negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements for tie-up finance arrangements.

4. Draft and finalize contractual agreements outlining terms, conditions, and responsibilities.

5. Evaluate the financial stability and creditworthiness of potential partner businesses.

6. Liaise with internal teams, including risk management, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and compliance with organizational policies.

7. Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and adherence to agreed-upon terms by partner businesses.

8. Generate regular reports on tie-up finance activities, key metrics, and performance indicators.

Who are we looking for ?

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in tie-up finance or partnership development within the retail lending sector.

3. In-depth understanding of financial risk assessment and due diligence processes.

4. Strong negotiation and agreement drafting skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

7. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
