About the job:As a client relationship manager at UNEAKO, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through effective communication, data analysis, and business research. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client interaction strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Your role will involve training and development of team members on CRM systems, content marketing, and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective client interaction strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and sales pitches
  • Providing training and development on CRM systems, content marketing, and marketing strategies
  • Utilizing MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint to create reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Solving client problems and addressing any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrating strong time management skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
