The Ecommerce Brand Manager will plays a crucial role in driving online sales and brand awareness for the e-commerce business at Parksons Cartamundi. This role combines expertise in brand management with the practical know-how of online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled strategist, data analyst, and marketer with a passion for building and developing brands in the digital space.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

The job holder shall be primarily responsible for;

1. Develop Marketing Plans for Ecommerce, Launch and optimize Advertising campaigns.

2. Launching New Products in the category of Playing Cards,Board games and collectibles on Ecomm Platform.

3. Develop relationship with vendors for Ecommerce Business

4. Achieve Sales KPI's and Marketing KPI's on Ecomm as per FY 23-24 Plans.

5. Prime focus will be to improve on;

Brand Strategy and Development:

- Define and maintain the brand identity and voice across all online channels.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand positioning.

- Develop and implement branding strategies to differentiate the brand and increase consumer engagement.

Manage brand partnerships and collaborations.

Product Management:

- Develop and manage product portfolios for online channels, including product selection, pricing, and content creation.

- Ensure product information and listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with platform guidelines.

- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform product development and improve conversion rates.

Marketing and Promotions:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing etc.) to drive traffic and sales.

Manage the e-commerce store and optimize the user experience for improved conversion rates.

- Create engaging product descriptions, website content, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Sales and Performance:

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage product availability to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the e-commerce ecosystem.

Identify and implement strategies to increase average order value and customer lifetime value.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources (web analytics, customer feedback, social media etc.) to gain insights into customer behavior and brand performance.

- Generate reports and present data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making.

- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve the online brand presence.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS ATTRIBUTES:

- Degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Passion for building and developing brands in the digital space.

- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

- Knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools.

- Product photography and copywriting skills.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
