Job Description:

Dunzo is looking for a Field Sales Officer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads from the field and following up with them on calls and WhatsApp, understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources, and presenting and delivering information to potential clients.

Responsibilities:


• Generate leads from the field and follow up with them on calls and WhatsApp.


• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.


• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.


• Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.


• Create and maintain a list or database of prospective clients.


• Present and deliver information to potential clients.


• Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.


• Go on the field to onboard and train the clients.


• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.


• Build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.


• Maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.

Requirements:


• Any Graduation is mandatory.


• Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city.


• Previous experience in field sales or related sales experience.


• Knowing the local language and Hindi is mandatory.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and very strong relationship-building skills.


• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.


• Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.


• Familiarity with V lookup, H lookup, pivot table, JIRA, and CRM tools would be a plus.
