We have an opening for the position of Product Head for one of our reputed clients at Gurgaon, Haryana.


Our client is an Indian Cyber Security Company that develops and markets Unified Cyber Security Platform to organizations across 25+ countries worldwide.

Founded in 2014,

Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Product Head to lead the development and execution of our Unified Cyber Security Platform for SMBs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Cyber Security landscape, extensive experience in product management, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that disrupt the SMB space.


Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for UCSP, aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, and QA to drive the endtoend product development process.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Lead the development of gotomarket plans, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior product managers.

Product Performance and Metrics:

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Continuously analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate and enhance product offerings.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Stay uptodate with industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices to ensure products meet necessary requirements.
  • Lead efforts to ensure products comply with all relevant regulations and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Cyber Security products.
  • Deep understanding of Cyber Security concepts, threats, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams.
Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML in the context of Cyber Security.
  • Having relevant experience into B2B + SaaS.
  • Having some experience in UI/UX and having worked as a developer.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Product Head will also be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire product management team.
  • Setting and driving the overall product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Representing the product function in executivelevel discussions and decisionmaking processes.
  • Overseeing the budgeting and resource allocation for product development initiatives.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key strategic partners and customers.
  • Evaluating and implementing processes and tools to improve product development efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leading efforts to build a strong product culture within the organization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
