Requirements:
Must be fluent in Speaking English & well versed with drafting letters, notes, memo, etc.
Must be hardworking & motivated enough.

You must adore this trade as this trade has made fortunes out of many who have dedicatedly given their sweat to this industry.

Must have the willpower to excel in any given situation & getting work done by hook or by crook.
You must have the dignity of labor.

Job profile:


The candidate will be required to serve a training program at our Factory & Factory Outlet in Whitefield for 15 to 30 days training In training he will come to know about interior, the manufacturing process of interior basic details.

First, he will work as an Asst. Sales Ex. With Existing salesmen for 15 days, gradually handle B grade customers and must not handle new customers.

For a few months, you will be required to work as a Sales Executive Assistant to Sales Manager where you will be required to handle the existing customer of the Sales Manager.

With the existing Clients, you need to handle each and everything related to their selection of interior, their calls, their required details, their sampling requirement and each and every co-ordination with them.

Then you need to shortlist the goods chosen by the customer & refer the same to the Sales Manager who will then finalize the deal with the given clients.

Once you are proficient enough to handle the existing clients, with the time you will be given new clients also depending on your grasping & willpower to become a future Sales Manager.

You will be required to generate new leads taking cold calls, client meetings at their site, meeting with architects etc.

You should be professional enough to be able to do yourself & get the work done through Sales Team (Specialised for Calling)

As a Sales Executive, you should be trained all the works which are to be done by the Supervisor so that in any given condition you must know what a supervisor has to do so that you can be able to guide them & control them.


Skills:
Good Verbal/written English Communication.
Should be well versed with Excel.
