MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the organization's complex products/services to achieve sales and market share goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research, oversee product development, set prices, launch new products, manage advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product/service enhancements.
  • Create sales forecasts, monitor revenues, and adjust strategies to optimize sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing specialists to design impactful sales campaigns and collateral.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Associates Degree (± 13 years)
  • Masters Degree (± 18 years) in Engineering
