National Manager - Sales - Salon

JOB SUMMARY:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager (NSM) to build and lead the salons vertical at Pilgrim.

The NSM will be responsible for designing and implementing sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets within the salon segment.

Additionally, the NSM will build, and lead a team of sales representatives specifically focusing on expanding our presence within the salon industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop and build sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets within the salon segment.
  • Build, lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity including building the Salon division
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the salon industry, including partnerships with key salon chains, independent salons, and beauty distributors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other crossfunctional teams to help build the right portfolio for the Salon channel.
  • Prepare and present sales MIS to company leadership on a weekly / monthly basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent & relevant experience in the salon channel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
