As Vice President of Marketing Automation, leveraging the power of Clevertap, you'll spearhead our efforts to maximize customer engagement, drive conversions, and enhance brand loyalty. With a deep understanding of Clevertap's capabilities, you'll craft and execute strategies that elevate our marketing initiatives to new heights

Responsibilities:. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies to optimize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Drive and deliver Performance Marketing strategies & solutions to improve sales funnel and traffic across platforms. Monitor and analyze the performance of automated campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement

Monitor the quality of leads being driven via the CRM tool and drive the quality improvement of leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key touchpoints in the customer journey and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and improve conversion rates.. Utilize automation tools to segment audiences effectively and deliver personalized marketing campaigns across various channels.

Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technology, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective. Lead and mentor a team of marketing automation specialists, providing guidance and support to maximize their impact and professional growth. Cultivate strategic partnerships with automation technology providers and other relevant stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual success

Requirements:. Proven track record of success in marketing automation, with extensive experience in leveraging automation tools to drive measurable results

Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices, including segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign optimization.

Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and insights to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external partners. Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
