About the Team:


The Customer Service Advocate - Process Support team embodies Nutanix's core values and collaborates to provide exceptional customer support in Bangalore and globally.


Your Role:
Provide timely, quality support globally
Troubleshoot process and system-related support requests
Drive continual process improvements
Develop internal and external knowledge bases
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders
Be a champion for customers

What You Will Bring:
2 years of customer-facing experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Experience with billing solutions
Self-driven and willing to work in a fast-growing company
CRM tools experience, Salesforce preferred
Bachelors degree in STEM with 1-3 years of experience
