Job Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Foster positive employee relations through communications, feedback and conflict resolution strategies.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, coordinating with the candidates, and managing the hiring process.
Collaborate with the hiring managers/ Team Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Plan and execute the onboarding of the employee, including their registration, documentation, induction, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employees.
Maintain employee records (documentation, attendance, leave, timings, reporting, etc)
Calculate wages, deductions and taxes following the company policies and relevant regulations.
Oversee the payroll process for all the employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
Understand employee needs and propose solutions that align with our organizational policies.
Working towards continuous improvement of the HR processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Planning and overseeing employee engagement initiatives.
