About Dexif:

Dexif is a FinTech venture that is aiming to make fixed income markets accessible to all with new products, services and ways to invest in fixed income products. We are backed by leading venture investors.

We are looking for a Business Head - Mutual Funds who can build and scale the mutual funds business at Dexif.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setting up the mutual fund distribution business at Dexif from scratch and growing the AUM aggressively

- Hiring the team of for mutual funds sales as necessary; training the team and supervising their work; achieving the targets assigned to the team

- Growing and managing a network of clients across 3 major segments - corporates, HNIs and retail; Developing and implementing sales strategies catering to each of these 3 segments

- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products from Dexif range of offerings

- Advising and guiding the clients on their investments as per their needs and risk profile

- Reviewing client's portfolio holdings on a periodic basis and give expert suggestions on changes, if any

- Generation of fresh leads to get New-To-Business (NTB) clients

- Developing a long-term relationship with clients to long-term repeat business

- Creating awareness and educating people by organising online and offline events, conferences, and seminars/webinars for current and potential investors

- Ensuring timely flow of information internally and externally, monitoring external communication of the team regularly

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of work experience in mutual funds industry, demonstrated success in building and scaling up mutual funds business

- CA or MBA from a reputed is not mandatory but would be preferred

- Experience in building and managing a team of sales people

Location:

This is a full-time role based in Noida. However, travel to Mumbai and other metro cities might be involved.

Compensation structure:

The compensation would involve a mix of fixed component, variable components and ESOPs. CTC would be Rs. 1 crore+ with a significant upside as per the performance.
