We are looking for Head - Retail Sales & Operation for our men's wear retail brand having outlets across India.


The Operation head will deliver operation outcomes, profitability at stores, drive the expansion of business through new locations, draw strategies to attract customers to stores and manage operations.


Job Role:

  • Manage the P&L of brand stores and drive profitability through retail excellence.
  • Create regional sales plans in line with business objectives
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Developing new sales and distribution channels (Retail)
  • Planning and executing opening of EBOs across the country.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing SOPs for sales operations
  • Understanding product category and retail trends in different market segments.
  • Monitoring the costs, budgets & resources.
  • Creating a gotomarket strategy for all new city launches and drive campaigns to kick off sale.
  • Identifying and solving team and customers issues strategically.
  • Preparing MIS reports related to retail and developing strategy to achieve the monthly /yearly targets.
