Position: Head Digital Business

Location: Delhi/NCR

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Head for Company's Digital Business division, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall business strategy, growth, and operations for the business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success by effectively managing teams, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Goals :

Lead Company's Digital Business division to achieve a significant milestone of generating INR 100 crore in revenue within three years, through strategic planning, innovative digital sales and marketing initiatives, exceptional customer experiences, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Sales and Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement integrated digital sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Define target audience segments and tailor sales and marketing approaches to effectively engage and convert prospects.

- Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

- Provide clear direction, set ambitious goals, and foster a collaborative culture.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.

Customer Experience Optimization:

- Map out the customer journey across digital touchpoints and implement enhancements to streamline processes and improve user experience.

- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment through various channels, such as surveys, reviews, and social media, and take proactive measures to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.

- Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, PPC campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

- Develop compelling content and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversion.

Data-driven Insights:

- Utilize analytics to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.

- Generate actionable insights to optimize sales and marketing efforts.

Technology Integration:

- Evaluate and implement digital tools and technologies to support business objectives.

- Provide training and support to maximize team proficiency.

Partnership Development:

- Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth.

- Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to maximize impact and exposure.

Performance Monitoring:

- Establish KPIs and benchmarks to track progress and measure effectiveness.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy laws.

- Implement policies and safeguards to mitigate risks related to data security.

Market Intelligence :

- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.

Continuous Improvement :

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record in digital sales and marketing leadership, preferably in Ed-Tech.

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of digital sales, marketing processes, and CRM systems.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
