Business Development Head - Franchisee
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Opening EBO Stores.
- Lead Retail Expansion via franchise channel.
- Strong understanding of franchising principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Developing a new franchise by planning and organizing and bringing strong insights to the task of creating a new franchise.
- Sourcing and closing the deals with Malls & on High Street markets with landlord and annual operating plan set by company.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for business expansion and optimization.
- Conduct financial analysis feasibility of the store.
- Formulate strategic Plans to expand the network across the assigned region.
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities; developing positive working relationships with partners to build business.
- A strategist cum implementer with recognized proficiency in accomplishing corporate plans and goals successfully
- Involved in strategic planning, forecasting and capital budgeting, and financial planning for the region. (South & West India)
- Market intelligence - Monitoring the ever-increasing competition from Other
- National Brands & Private Labels by Conducting Retail analytics pertaining to Turnover performance; L2L Growth; Area changes; Category and Chain performance and various other indices for both LFR's and Online and devise strategies accordingly
