Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu

CredRight Finance is a new age FinTech platform & NBFC, driven by an inspiring mission to empower Micro & Small Entrepreneurs [MSMEs] which do not have access to organized credit from financial institutions [like Banks and NBFCs]. With its Technology first approach,CredRight is providing customized loan offerings to MSMEs from Tier 2 to Tier 4 towns of India to achieve its Financial Inclusion mission. We are planning to expand our area of operations to MP, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh.

JD-Regional Sales Manager:

- The opening is for Regional Sales Manager who has prior experience in

- Affordable LAP and Unsecured BL product, handling more than 30 branches.

- The incumbent should have at least 12 years of experience with any of the leading NBFC /Bank/MFI in AP And/or TN And/or Karnataka in Affordable LAP / MSME Unsecured Businessloans

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Complete P&L ownership of the region to deliver positive month on month revenue growth.

- Manage new hiring , expansion in new locations in region

- Responsible for End-to-End Management of all branches in the region.

- Own the collection responsibility of the loan portfolio.

- Ensure timely (daily/weekly and monthly) MIS preparation and reporting to Senior management.

- Hiring and training of sales team with presentations of strategies regular meetings

- Punctuality, Attendance. Leave and Retention management of branches in the region

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Candidate should have at least 12 + years of Sales experience in NBFC/ Bank / MFI / with minimum

- 6+ years of experience in managing multiple branches spread across locations.

- Should have worked in multiple locations in Ap/TN/MP/KA

- Should have experience in handling large sales teams spread across multiple locations.

- Multi-Dimensional - Should be able to manage a large and diverse set of team members and poses strong sense of ownership for work.

- Should be willing to travel at least 50 % of his time to different locations in cluster.

- Should have market intelligence and analytical skills

- Strong in People management and stake holder management skills

- Follow strong review mechanism in tracking performance of the team
