- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)
- Age: 22 to 38
- Must be local candidate
- Graduation in any stream
Responsibilities and Roles :
- Create and implement sales and revenueboosting strategies.
- Prospecting and networking can help you find and acquire new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, brokers, and other business partners.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, and market trends reports.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's products and services.
- Provide new agents and brokers with training and support to ensure they are properly equipped to sell the company's products.
