A Business Sales Executive in the Business is responsible for promoting and selling policies to potential clients. The following is a typical job description for a Sales Executive in the Business industry

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)
  • Age: 22 to 38
  • Must be local candidate
  • Graduation in any stream

Responsibilities and Roles :

  • Create and implement sales and revenueboosting strategies.
  • Prospecting and networking can help you find and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, brokers, and other business partners.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, and market trends reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's products and services.
  • Provide new agents and brokers with training and support to ensure they are properly equipped to sell the company's products.
