JOB DETAILS
Develop and execute the companys expansion and growth strategy.

Lead the sales strategy formulation and implementation for creating innovating and best marketing practices, increasing the market shares & reach and enhancing shareholder value.

Partners with Operations, Development & Engineering and Global Supply teams to ensure optimal execution to ensure commitments with customers are fulfilled as agreed.

To Develop and administer sales database which includes client, prospect information, mailing list applications. Own lead generation process bringing together internal marketing, external agencies &personal endear to ensure lead gen effectiveness. Drive sales activity in line with individual revenue targets for new business development.
Ensure that all sales activity and communication are tracked and updated consistently in our ERP (SAP by design).
