Job Description:
Droom Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Digital Ad Sales to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, possess a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, and have experience in the SaaS industry.

As the Manager of Digital Ad Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue through various digital advertising channels including but not limited to digital ads, banner promotions, social media campaigns, brand promotions, CPM campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive digital ad revenue growth.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad campaigns that align with client objectives and drive results.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue generation within the digital advertising space.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to clients for optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital advertising sales, preferably within the B2B or SAAS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in digital ad sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels including digital ads, banner promotions, social media campaigns, brand promotions, CPM campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
