Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and participate in events to source leads effectively
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners to cultivate and convert business opportunities
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding tech leader hiring strategies
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets and take ownership of P&L responsibilities
  • Lead team expansion efforts, including hiring and talent development initiatives
  • Develop compelling sales collateral to support business development activities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle across various stages with efficiency and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver reports as required
  • Develop and execute quarterly and yearly revenue goals and projections
  • Conduct negotiations with both clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales or SaaS Partnership roles

Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to thrive in a startup culture, with flexibility and adaptability4. 2-3 years of experience in executive search firms, particularly in sales/growth

MBA qualification preferred, with a strong foundation in business and leadership principlesShould have managed a minimum Annual Revenue Target of $500K+Based in Bangalore or Mumbai, with the willingness to travel to Bangalore for monthly/quarterly review meetings
