OverviewThe Customer Service Representative is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Contributing to team meetings and sharing best practices
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Utilizing CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Assisting with customer service-related projects and initiatives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
  • Good multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Empathy and understanding towards customer needs
  • Adaptability to changing customer inquiries and processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills and focus
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
