Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Care Executive located in New Delhi. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing customer complaints and inquiries, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves sales and communication with customers to understand their needs and provide support accordingly.

Qualifications

➢ Making sure all the needs of the clients after placing orders are met.

➢ Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.

➢ Always ask them for true feedback.

➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.

➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.

➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

➢ Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

➢ Knowledge of Google Sheets , On Time Delivery, good experience in handling Customer Complaints , Payment Follow up until receipt of payment from Customers

➢ Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques

➢ Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service experience

➢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

➢ The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and

writing – with colleagues and clients.

➢ Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

➢ Proactive.

➢ Thorough knowledge of products/services.

➢ Always available on calls.

Salary:Depends on Candidate Experience and knowledge , current budget is(20 to 25k / per month)
