Responsibilities:
Coordinates internally and with the client matters related to the creation and modification of bill of materials and changes of product spec (packaging, art works, etc.)
Constantly informs the Manager on any specific points or problems & circulating MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis for management decision.
Organizes the logistics (transportation, tariff check, communication with customer, logistics, etc.); ensures the timely invoicing and transportation.
Responsible for invoicing to customers.
Aggressively achieve the sales plan
Details MIS report on Daily basis of Packing, Sales.
Provide Excellent customer service to all customers
Ensure customers satisfaction at all times
Communicate effectively with all levels of organization
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to details.
Able to work cross functionally and across all operating groups in the company
