  • Dealing with customer queries on a day to day basis and sending out prompt responses
  • Coordinating with the Merchants on a regular basis and obtaining timely information
  • Coordinating efficiently and effectively with the other departments in the Company regarding customer queries and payments
  • Coming up with new ideas and solutions to existing problems to resolve them efficiently in minimum possible time
  • Monitoring the activities by users on and moderating the boards created by users
  • Assisting the business development team and the technical team on the issues faced by the users and suggesting solutions for the issues
  • Ensuring that the link structures are correctly updated and the payouts are rightly reflected
  • Good customer service background, highly empathetic with a passion to help people
  • Maintain updated records and documents related to customer service actions and discussions
  • Preparing reports and MIS on a monthly basis
### Desired Skills:

  • Relevant experience in this field and ability to take up responsibilities and manage people
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and good writing skills are a must
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Sincere, dedicated, and ready to take up responsibilities
