About the role

WeWork is seeking a Sales Lead to help lead its sales efforts in Delhi and will be part of our Sales department. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market. The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, touring and closing sales in all WeWork locations across their market.

Roles and Responsibilities

50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)25% Existing sales pipeline management25% Inbound lead managementOwning the occupancy of the allotted cluster(s) and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure overall health is maintainedCultivating midsize and large business relationshipsPartner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of new membersUtilize innovative and creative sales tacticsTouring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential membersIntra City travel along with travel to different WeWork buildings regularly

Education level and desired qualifications

College/University graduate with a 4-year degree preferred5-7 years of client-facing sales experienceB2B Sales experienceAbility to establish and nurture C-level relationshipsAbility to penetrate new marketsDemonstrates good sales hygieneExperience with Salesforce is a plusCommercial real estate sales experience is a plusB2B business solutions experience is a plusBusiness development experience is a plus
