Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

ResponsibilitiesManage all F&A/ FAO related sales in IndiaContinuous feet on the street for building the sales pipeline and closing the dealsDo sales pitches for potential customers/internal stakeholdersWork with the lead generation team and come up with new techniques of increasing the database of prospectsLead the discussion on all RFI/RFPs with prospectsCo-ordinate with the Pricing team to come up with a winning solutionIdentify and recommend services and products for cross sell & up sell opportunitiesWork with the Marketing team to improve Exela position in all related searches for vendorsRegularly meet and connect with newly converted customersContinuously update existing customers with new capabilities developed and look out for additional/new business linesPrimary SkillsMust be Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
  • Marketing & Sales10 yrs to 15 years of strong sales background with a proven track record of selling F&A services to domestic/international customers for at least 10 yearsConsistent and demonstrable past wins in the F&A/ FAO domain.
Must have strong industry connects that could convert into deal closures within 2 quartersCommitted to work remotely on a regular basisExcellent skills in research, and must have superior verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal and team building skillsInterested candidates can share your resume at
